At TMS, we are dedicated to providing you with the most cost efficient and direct advertising in Delaware County and the Philadelphia suburban area. With a circulation of over 25,000 copies, < 21 Magazine will be distributed strategically at local colleges, in convenience stores, restaurants, retail and service businesses, as well as around local high schools, throughout Delaware County and the surrounding areas.

The content of < 21 Magazine will be an exciting blend of feature stories, pictures and short articles covering music, sports, entertainment, movies, tech equipment, cars, and fashion, both on the national and local levels. Veteran Delaware County sports writer Bob Denney is an expert on covering the Delco Sports scene, and will be our local sports editor.

Our intended launch date is the first week of December, the 1st to the 7th. Therefore all artwork and deposits required for any advertisement in the first issue must be received by November 21st.
